Summertime begins on Saturday!!

We are only a few days away from British Summertime, when our clocks go forward an hour and the days lengthen. Already there are signs that Easter this year could be one of the best on record for the local Ski centres www.nevisrange.co.uk, www.glencoemountain.com. As you can see from the pictures taken at noon on the 20th March the weather is ideallic with fresh heavy snow on the hills and blue sunny skies, it doesn't get much better than this in the Scottish Highland Mountains. Don't always believe the media!!!!

Easter this year promises to be a good time to visit the Highlands, the area is springing to life with the abundance of flora, fauna and wildlife, already active in the spring like weather. You will not be disappointed in participating in any activity, ranging from sat in a comfortable chair admiring the view, travelling the scenic roads and viewing the passing countryside or being at the top of a glorious mountain surveying the vista below.
